Officetrax Gold was developed to meet the needs of service organizations that provide repair/maintenance services for their customers through mobile technicians. Officetrax is an ASP based application that allows the creation, dispatching and tracking of service requests, work orders and preventative maintenance contracts. Mobile technicians can interact and complete work order paperwork from the field using WAP enabled cellular devices. The company office is able to monitor and manage the progress of the work in real time as it goes through the different stages of the service cycle. The system will also create invoices and live reports based on the work performed. The system offers complete inventory and purchase order management capabilities as well.
