Application: TELUS Work Order System (TWOS)

TELUS work order system (TWOS) solves all your work order problems. Dispatchers send work orders to field workers via e-mail or net alert and follow up if receipt isn't acknowledged within a specified time. They can also modify work orders at any time, with notification automatically going to the corresponding field worker.

Field workers can view order details, wirelessly acknowledge receipt of each work order or modification and check or update the status of any work order at any time; all on their PDAs (cellular phone or Pocket PC).
